Sales Price: The sales price for each product is listed, including tax, on the product detail page. Please note that prices may change due to changes in the consumption tax rate. Shipping fees and other charges are additional. For details, please refer to the “Shipping and Delivery” page.

Payment Methods and Timing:
The following payment methods are available:
• Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, American Express): Payment is processed at the time of order confirmation.
• Bank Transfer (Pre-payment): Please make the payment within 7 days of placing your order. The product will be shipped after the payment is confirmed. Please note that the bank transfer fee is the customer’s responsibility.
• Cash on Delivery: Pay the courier upon delivery of the product. The cash on delivery fee is a flat rate of ¥500 (tax included).
• Convenience Store Payment: Please make the payment within 7 days of placing your order. The product will be shipped after the payment is confirmed.
For all payment methods, shipping will be arranged once the payment is confirmed.
Delivery Timeframe: Products will be shipped within 2-3 days of the order.
Delivery Method: The product will be delivered to the specified address via Yamato Cool Express.
Returns, Defective Products, and Cancellations:
Regarding Returns and Exchanges:
If there is a defect with the product or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, and we will accept returns or exchanges. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer preferences. However, if the product is defective or faulty, we will address the issue accordingly.
Regarding Cancellations:
You may cancel your order as long as the product has not yet been shipped. After shipping, cancellations will not be accepted, but you can return the product (subject to the return conditions). For returns after shipping, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
Return Shipping Costs:
For returns or exchanges due to defects or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping cost. However, for returns due to customer preferences, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
