Refund policy

At our shop, we strive to deliver products that satisfy our customers. However, if there are any defects or issues with the product, we will respond in accordance with the following return and refund policy.


Cases Eligible for Returns and Refunds


• If the delivered product has a clear defect or damage.

• If the product differs from what was ordered.


If any of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. After verification, we will proceed with the return and refund process. The return shipping cost will be covered by us.


Cases Not Eligible for Returns and Refunds


• Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns based on the customer’s personal preferences regarding the product’s characteristics or taste.

• If the damage or quality deterioration is caused by improper handling or storage by the customer.

• If there are no clear defects in the product.


Return and Refund Process


If the return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product. Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will begin the refund process. The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed.
