At our shop, we take care in our shipping process to ensure that products are delivered to our customers quickly and safely. Please review the following shipping policy.
Shipping Areas
We offer shipping to all regions within Japan. However, additional shipping fees may apply for some remote areas or islands. In such cases, we will contact you in advance.
Shipping Carrier and Methods
Orders will be shipped via Yamato Transport. We will choose the most suitable shipping method based on the size of the product and the destination. All shipments will be sent using refrigerated shipping.
Shipping Time
• Orders will usually be shipped within 2–3 business days after confirmation.
• Once the shipment is complete, we will notify you via email with a tracking number, so you can check the status of your delivery.
Please note that shipping may be delayed due to weather, traffic conditions, or busy seasons. In such cases, we will notify you promptly.
Shipping Fees
• Hokkaido: ¥1,250
• Okinawa: ¥1,460
• Other regions (excluding remote areas): ¥760
Free shipping for orders over ¥4,000.
Important Shipping Information
• If the shipping address is incorrect or if the product is returned due to the recipient being unavailable, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
• For perishable items or products with expiration dates, we recommend specifying a delivery date if you anticipate being unavailable for an extended period.
Receiving Your Order
Please check the condition of the product as soon as it arrives. If there is any damage or defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will respond promptly.
