These vegan-friendly hot dog buns are the same ones used by HAKKO at their event booths, made without any animal products. They pair perfectly with HAKKO’s plant-based sausages. Why not recreate the taste you enjoyed at the event?
The buns are made with domestic graham flour (whole wheat flour). Since no dairy or eggs are used in the ingredients, they are ideal for vegan menus. The buns are handmade and frozen, which may cause them to appear slightly smaller upon delivery. However, with proper thawing, you can restore their soft and fluffy texture.
To avoid waste from thawing too many at once, the buns are individually packaged in sets of four. To prevent drying out while frozen, please keep them stored in the bag, and thaw them in the same bag. The recommended thawing time is about 1–2 hours at room temperature.
